🍽 Piedmont on the Table.
On 2️⃣5️⃣ October we will have the pleasure of presenting two Piedmontese companies that are very close to our hearts, both from the Cuneo area.
🐐 Lo Puy is a farm and agritourism that revolves around a goat farm, a dairy, an agritourism and a ceramics workshop. With their products, we will create an amazing goat and goat cheese menu:
✔️ Egg Pasta with White Goat Ragout
✔️ Goat stew with beans
✔️ Selection of goat cheeses.
🍷 To accompany the menu, we chose the Azienda Braccia Rese, which is the result of three different personal journeys merged into one vineyard and one wine cellar. Three young guys who have given their arms back to agriculture.
From their cellar we will taste:
✔️ At the aperitif we will taste Pinq! Pet Nat, with spontaneous fermentation in the bottle
✔️ With the first course, we will taste Thorc: wine from the wine press, an ancient peasant custom reinterpreted in step with the times.
✔️ with the second we will drink Barba: Dalle Vigne vecchi (by Barba, the wise man’s uncle) the typical red wine of the Saluzzo hills
🤪 … and to go outside the box,
🍺 the goat cheeses will be paired with Ram Apple Cider, a single-varietal apple cider with bottle re-fermentation by adding ramassin (local plum).
An amazing and unrepeatable evening to discover small, quality producers who have made craftsmanship their strong point.
