Wine made exclusively from indigenous Carricante (60 percent), Grecanico, Catarratto and Minnella grapes, masterfully vinified in steel to keep their intrinsic qualities intact. The sensory profile is characterized by white fruit, wild flowers, broom and citrus over a mineral texture. In the mouth, it expresses itself with freshness, dryness, sapidity and an elegant minerality.
