Description
The vineyards of su Babbu Mannu and Sa Toa, both in the countryside of Dorgali grow at an altitude of 150 meters above sea level, with a density of 4830 vines per hectare and a yield of 60 quintals. The training system used is guyot. Harvesting is done by hand in the traditional way.
Winery: 2 months in temperature-controlled steel tanks. This is followed by 1 year or 12 months in 500-liter French oak Tonneaux and further aging in bottles.
Arrujadu Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Riserva, gives aromas and scents typical of the grapes from which it comes, presents different nuances, very complex and evolved. A fully evolving cannonau wine to be discovered over time.
At the table to be paired with traditional pasta dishes, grilled red meats, roasts and game birds.
