65,00 €
Barolo Gabutti is a clear ruby red with brick-colored highlights.
Classic bouquet of ripe red fruit on the nose accompanied by rennet apples and quince. Notes of dried fruit complete the olfactory picture.
The palate is classically tannic, with good roundness in the bite that also reveals a youthful and exuberant backbone. Good freshness as well as persistence.

Description
Barolo Gabutti 2019 is not too dark ruby red in color with garnet hints.
The aroma is distinctly classic with hints of vegetable tar, spicy spices and a fruit that has become almost black cherry in spirit; then on the finish comes a very faint reminder of very delicate rose and violet.
Even in the mouth come the notes of an extinguished fireplace, of ash leading to a sweet, syrupy taste of raspberry and cherry; the tannin is thick and ripe with a vitality and exuberance that this land gives it.
These are tannins that lead to an evolution of the aromas, which ensure that they are maintained for a very long time.
Fermentation takes place in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks at 28 °C with frequent daily pumping over for a total of 12-15 days. The wine is placed in new 25-hectoliter oak barrels where it remains for 3 years. No filtration is carried out and the wine is still aged in the bottle.
