Description
Fratelli Alessandria’s Barolo Gramolere 2019 is a wine made from Nebbiolo grapes from the cru of the same name in Monforte d’Alba with an average vine age of about 40 years. Maceration and fermentation are carried out in temperature-controlled steel tanks for 25 days. Aging takes place for 3 years in 20-40 hl oak barrels followed by 2 months in steel and at least 6 months in bottle before marketing. A deep ruby red wine, it expresses hints of herbs that blend with classic and complex notes of leather and licorice.
