Barolo “Vigna Lazzairasco” magnum 2019 – Guido Porro

Description

Fermentation is done in the traditional way without the addition of yeast and lasts 15 to 20 days. Aging, on the other hand, lasts 3 years in Slavonian Oak barrels that have a capacity of 15 to 25 hl. The color is a garnet with already orange reflections. The aromas are expressed in dried flowers and ripe red fruit with hints of vanilla and licorice.
Intense, austere and elegant with balsamic undertones enveloping softness and remarkable persistence. Ideal with meat dishes, game and aged cheeses.
