Description
Poggio Scalette’s “Capogatto” is a red wine produced in Tuscany in the classic style of the best Bordeaux blends. It is a Supertuscan from the Chianti lands, made from four of the world’s most famous noble red grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.
The long aging in barrels,contributes to the wine’s uncommon elegance and aromatic complexity and makes it a true excellence,destined to satisfy the palate of the most demanding enthusiasts.
Already pleasant to drink young, it reaches its full expressive maturity after a few years of bottle aging.
