Castello di Bolgheri is a wine of exceptional quality, made from selected grapes from vineyards surrounding the castle. Vinification is gentle, with long maceration on the skins to preserve the elegance of the tannins. After aging for 20 months in wood, the wine is completed in oak barrels. The unique terroir, characterized by limestone soils and an average altitude of 70 m.a.s.l., gives the wine a deep minerality. A planting density of 6,500 vines per hectare and a yield of 65 quintals per hectare testify to the commitment to quality. An extraordinary wine that captures the essence of Castello di Bolgheri.
