Vinification is gentle, with long maceration on the skins to preserve the elegance of the tannins. After aging for 20 months in wood, the wine is completed in oak barrels. The unique terroir, characterized by limestone soils and an average altitude of 70 m.a.s.l., gives the wine a deep minerality. Description
