Description
“Cavalli” Tenuta Degli Dei is an elegant red wine from international grape varieties, with fruity aromas of dark berries and fruit, elegant acid-tannin structure and great length.
The nose has a pleasant intensity and aromatic complexity. We can find big bold berries, espresso and chocolate flavors, and a touch of exotic spices. The palate is silky and agile.
This is mainly a blend of Cabernet; 50% Sauvignon and 15% Franc, complemented by a good dose of Petit Verdot, which add structure and depth.
