The red Chianti Classico Gran Selezione “Vigna del Sorbo” is a wine that, from the small village of Panzano in Chianti, where Fontodi is based, has reached the top of the main national and international wine guides. In fact, it is hard to count the awards and recognitions that this label reaps every year, confirming the winery as one of the reference realities for the production of DOCG Chianti Classico, here declined in the Gran Selezione version, and therefore subject to even more stringent and rigorous production standards. A complex bottle, with layered aromas, that taste after taste, thanks in part to the pronounced alcohol content, awakens all the senses.
