Description
Istine’s Reserve, ‘Le Vigne,’ is a blend of the best fruit from Istine’s different vineyards (‘Le Vigne’ means ‘the vineyards’). He is described as ‘the perfect synthesis’ of his vineyards; the wine is warm, balsamic, red fruit, and although not overly tannic when young, obviously suited to bottle aging.
This is a true Reserve, the best raw materials combined to best express the estate. Sites are fermented and aged separately; Final blending of these best batches occurs just before bottling. This will age beautifully
