Description
Chianti Classico Riserva di Val delle Corti 2019 is a 100% Sangiovese from 40-year-old vineyards located at 450 m asl on marly-limestone soils with strong skeleton. Vinification is classic: 2 weeks in open tonneaux with natural yeasts only.
Aging of 24 months is carried out partly in barriques and partly in used tonneaux. This is followed by an additional resting period in the bottle of at least 6 months before being put on the market.
