Chianti Classico Riserva from the Castellare di Castellina winery is a territorial label, made from Sangiovese, combined with a small percentage of Canaiolo. It was born in the lands of Chianti from a company that managed to combine ancient Tuscan tradition with noble French harmony and elegance.
The long aging in wood and bottle, allow the wine to present a smooth and evolved profile, particularly appreciated by those who prefer reds with rich and expressive fruit, pleasantly persuasive and balanced. It is a bottle to prune on the table with a roast, grilled meat or small game.
