“Le Baroncole” Chianti Classico Riserva from San Giusto a Rentennano is a full-bodied red wine, perfect for coping with a long period of aging. Nose and palate settle on a truly admirable richness of expression, in which the nuances of aromas and flavors trace the profile of a great wine, in which everything is perfectly balanced. A perfect label to give as a gift to those friends who are fans of great Italian reds.
Fermentation of the must takes place spontaneously, thanks to the presence of indigenous yeasts, both in cement and steel tanks, macerating in contact with the skins for a total of 18-20 days. Without any filtration, the wine is then moved to oak barrels and casks to age for a total of 16-20 months.
