Vertical Tasting – Le Strie

⬆️ This time a spectacular Vertical Tasting with gastronomic pairings will be staged!
👨‍🌾 The producer of the Le Strie farm in Teglio, Valtellina, will introduce us to the wines.
A micro company of only 2 hectares that produces Nebbiolo in a completely artisanal manner.
🍷 Real, sincere, territorial wines.
📆 On Tuesday 21 February we will have the honour of tasting the
👉 Valtellina Superiore docg in vintages:
✔️ 2009
✔️ 2008
✔️ 2007

and finally the
✔️ Sforzato docg 2015

🍽️ To accompany the tasting we will make our Tagliere Special for you with cheeses, cold cuts and crostini, and we will finish with a tasty Rosticciana in sweet and sour sauce (with side dish) to accompany the Sforzato.
