Description
Castello Vicchiomaggio’s Toscana IGT “FSM,” whose name stands for Federico Secondo Matta, father of estate owner John, made its debut in the winery’s wine catalog in 2004.
Designed to be the flagship of the winery, it is a wine of clear excellence, with great quality on both nose and palate, ideal for special occasions.
Ruby-colored. The nose is broad and very intense; hints of black currant and blackberry, hints of spice, hints of roasting and hints of leather stand out. The palate reveals good body, fine and well-integrated tannins, pleasant envelopment and long persistence.
