Travaglini’s Gattinara Riserva is a pure Nebbiolo-based red wine produced in Alto Piemonte. In this territory of very ancient volcanic origin, with soils rich in minerals and iron, the noble Piedmontese grape variety expresses itself in wines of great finesse and elegance, with floral and fruity aromas, spicy and mineral hints. It is a label of excellence, which is produced only in the best vintages and possesses an excellent propensity for aging.

The Gattinara Riserva is one of the excellences of Travaglini, which in the beautiful foothills of Alto Piemonte produces a classy, intense and refined Nebbiolo. Thanks to careful work in the vineyard and in the cellar, the wine manages to express and be a faithful interpreter of the best characteristics of the Gattinara area, bringing the peculiarities of the territory into the glass. It shows a garnet color. The nose expresses floral and spicy notes, aromas of small red berries, hints of licorice root and mountain herbs. The palate has good body with a fresh and intense bite, fine and evolved tannic texture and a crisp mineral vein, accompanying toward a savory finish.
