Cascina Roccalini’s Nebbiolo is an elegant, fresh and pleasantly fruity version of this great Piedmontese wine. It is precisely in the hilly area of the Langhe that the Nebbiolo grape variety is able to express itself at extraordinary levels, giving refined and very pleasant drinking reds.

Thanks to a delicate vinification made exclusively in cement, the wine manages to preserve its typical varietal face, with a particular lightness and finesse of expression. Its floral profile and fragrant sip make it particularly ductile in table pairings, and very suitable for accompanying typical local dishes.

The nose is delicate, with floral scents, aromas of small red berries, light spicy overtones and balsamic hints. The sip is elegant, with subtle, juicy fruit that stretches toward a fresh, slightly savory finish.
