Description
Papeo Toscana IGT Terre del Marchesato is brilliant straw yellow in color, very transparent; dense in the glass.
Fragrant scents of jasmine flowers are perceived followed by hints of fruit such as medlar and pleasant hay odors. Evident soft pastry notes such as cream, followed by hints of apple, barley fudge and honey. It closes with spicy notes of cloves. In the mouth, it has a good body is savory and warm. The warm notes are well balanced by freshness.It goes well with Carbonara, rabbit Ligurian style, mussels with eggs. This wine goes well with all fish and white meat dishes., Unseasoned cheeses
