Clara Marcelli’s “Rust” is a territorial and juicy red wine. A child of sustainable agriculture, it was born on the clay soils of the Piceno area. The aromatic bouquet is spicy and evolved with a finish of mint, bay leaf and rhubarb.

Description
Clara Marcelli’s Ruggine is a rich and iridescent expression of Marche’s artisanal reds.
Ruggine red is made from red grapes that come from vineyards at 260 meters above sea level and enjoy a perfect microclimate, regulated by modulated temperature changes. The plants grow free from the use of any chemical or synthetic substances, and are harvested by hand. In the winery, after sorting and destemming, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in steel containers and aging of the liquid for 5 years between steel, wood and bottle.
The wine Ruggine manifests itself in the glass with an intense garnet red color. A rich, embroidered nose of great complexity and richness, juggling hints of ripe fruit, such as cherry and morello cherry, spices, and wild herbs among which rhubarb, bay leaf, and cinchona stand out clearly. Almost lysergic on olfaction, it is, however, on tasting that the liquid reveals the fabric of the sample, where it conjoins amplitude, juiciness and very fine tannic grain. Overwhelming experience.
