Sauvignon Blanc “Piere” 2021 – Vie di Romans
Straw-yellow color, with greenish highlights. The aroma is intense and complex, with aromas of exotic fruit, pineapple and yellow peach, delicate hints of citrus zest and pleasant memories of anise and elderberry. On the palate rich and full, fresh to savory, well balanced, with a good mineral note.

Vie di Romans is a benchmark for white wine production in Italy.
Sauvignon Blanc Piere Vie di Romans is a white wine made from grapes from a single vineyard located in Mariano del Friuli (GO), in the Friuli Isonzo Rive Alte area. Vinification takes place in steel tanks where the wine rests for about 10 months in contact with its own yeasts.
Piere Vie di Romans is a dry white wine with an aging capacity of up to 20 years.
The hallmark of Sauvignon Piere Vie di Romans is certainly freshness, both on the nose with intense herbaceous and white fruit notes, and on the palate where acidity pleasantly teases the tongue and invites another sip.
