Description
This Arbois is called Singulier because it is composed of a single grape variety, Trousseau, from 5 different localities: Rosières, Béranger, En Muzard, Corvées sous Curon and Bruyères, which present a beautiful geological unity, with limestone scree on lias clays. In total, this represents 2.78 hectares of vines aged between 10 and 80 years, thus mixing youth and maturity.
After hand-harvesting, meticulously sorting and destemming, the grapes are vinified by the Tissots in tapered wooden vats then aged in new semi-mud in tenths for one year.
