Jurij Fiore & Figlia’s Sonocosi’ chianti classico is the most authentic expression of chianti from Lamole. It has a color that is not too bright. Intense fruity scents of cherry and plum on the nose. Floral notes of violets and spicy notes of cocoa. The palate is warm and pleasantly tannic. Balanced acidity and good alcohol content. Long and persistent finish.

Jurij Fiore & Figlia’s Chianti Classico Sonocosì 2021 is made from 100% Sangiovese grapes bush-trained on the beautiful terraces of Lamole, at an altitude of 550 meters. Vinification and aging in oak, which keep the flavors vibrant. This is an agile Chianti classico, fresh and light in body, aromatically expressive and full of character. Great to enjoy now, but also in the next decade.
