Amerighi’s Syrah is a wine that fully expresses the character of the homonymous vine, obtained from grapes grown in a biodynamic way in the Cortona region. As previously mentioned, no chemical or synthetic substance is used in the vineyard, and this mentality continues also in the cellar, where the grapes are trampled with the feet and the fermentations take place spontaneously. The wine is not subjected to filtration or clarification and is partly aged in small wooden barrels and partly in concrete containers.

Syrah Amerighi is presented in the glass with an intense and impenetrable ruby colour. On the nose, it offers a kaleidoscopic bouquet with notes of black pepper, tobacco, blueberry and graphite, presented gradually and harmoniously. In the mouth it is intense, rhythmic and tasty, with a pleasant texture that does not let itself be banal.
