“Uno” 2019 from Tenuta di Carleone is a deep ruby red Sangiovese tending to garnet. The nose is layered and well compact, hints of fruit, floral, deep dark tones from violet to spice ending on interesting tertiary scents. The mouth is consistent with the nose, super compact but persuasive at the same time, lively freshness that sustains the drink with a long persistence.

Description
“Uno” 2019 by Tenuta di Carleone is a pure Sangiovese with vineyards between 15 and 25 years old expressing all their quality.
This wine is the perfect expression of the Carleone Estate. A blend of 100% Sangiovese grapes. After the grapes are picked, vinification takes place half in cement containers and half in open barrels, with maceration on the skins for 40 to 60 days.
Aging involves 18 months with 10% in new tonneaux, and the remainder in cement and stainless steel.
