Description
Marko Fon’s Vitovska is an expressive, rich and very territorial white wine that comes from Vitoska grapes sourced from vineyards located on the red lands of the Karst region. Manual harvesting, takes place in the second half of October. Vinification is spontaneous with brief maceration on the skins. It is aged in 640-liter tonneaux. It is not filtered before bottling. Marko Fon’s Vitovska is golden yellow in color. The nose expresses elegant aromas of ripe fruit, flowers and light exotic notes. In the mouth it is fresh, warm, full-bodied, with great personality, slightly mineral and definitely vertical. It closes with an extraordinarily clean expressive finish.
