With regard to Consumer Protection updated on 13 June 2014, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without penalty, within 14 days of possession of the goods, by sending a request to: info@giabar.com.

The Professional Client may not make use of the right of withdrawal.

General Conditions of Return

The deadline for returning goods in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal is 14 days.
Returned products must not have been used, must be in absolutely the same condition as they were at the time of delivery, and must be returned in the original, properly packed box that must not be damaged externally in any way (adhesive tape, staples, etc.).
Once the return request has been received, our staff will send you a confirmation by email. We do not accept unauthorised returns, products sent after the deadline or products that do not meet the above requirements. The goods will then be returned to the sender.
Please also note that under no circumstances will cash-on-delivery or carriage-paid parcels be collected.

The goods must be returned to our premises in:

Greve in Chianti, 50022 (FI)
Italy.

The cost of the return shipment will be borne by the customer. We always recommend taking out transport insurance with your chosen carrier for the return of goods.

Procedure to be followed

Send a cancellation and return request to info@giabar.com with the following specifications:

• Order reference data: name, date and number of the order placed
• Photos of the product and its packaging

Refunds

In the email, it is important to specify the type of compensation desired:

• Granting of a purchase voucher; this credit must be spent within one year of its generation, otherwise it will be forfeited
• Replacement of goods
• Re-crediting of money: it is mandatory to indicate the details of a bank or postal account (IBAN code), as well as the details of the account holder

The refund concerns the price of the product and will be made within 14 days of our staff becoming aware of the right of withdrawal.
