Delivery time

All orders received require adequate packing and securing, which is why shipments are made within 48/72 (working) hours, from receipt of order and via Mail Boxes courier etc.

In the event that a problem occurs during transport and the parcel does not arrive at its destination within the stipulated time limit, please notify us promptly. Sarà nostra cura risolvere il problema nel più breve tempo possibile.

General Information

Before signing the courier’s receipt, please check the package carefully. If it appears damaged in any way next to the signature, write the description of the damage and sign subject to checking. Claims without delivery note notices will not be accepted.
Delivery within 48/72 hours on working days. Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and entrusted to our trusted logistics partner Mail Boxes etc. The first delivery is made without prior notice. If the addressee is absent, only the notice of passage is left and the courier retries delivery on the next working day.

Important: Check that the shipping data entered is correct.
Very important: Always sign the receipt of the courier shipment with Reserve. It will otherwise not be possible to claim compensation for items damaged in delivery.
